Founder Suzie Herrmann has always loved her morning coffee — until it started triggering the very health challenges she was trying to heal: hormonal imbalances, anxiety, PMS, PMDD, painful periods, insomnia, and digestive issues. Like many, she found that caffeine was no longer serving her body.
Determined to find a better solution, Suzie set out to create a herbal coffee alternative that didn't just taste like coffee — but also delivered the energy, focus, and ritual of coffee without the crash, anxiety, digestive impact or hormonal disruption.

How to Prepare Grounded
Step One:


Add 1 TBL of Grounded to a mug.
Step Two:


Add 1.5 cups of hot water or hot milk of choice to mug and stir. Let steep for 3 mins. Do not strain.
Step Three:


Add creamer & sugar if desired, or enjoy as is. Sediment will collect at bottom of mug. Swig it for extra herbal benefits, or toss it, your call!
